Membership

  • The Membership includes unlimited access to the full Library, all my programs, and all the livestreams and replays. I curate a weekly workout program that updates every Monday, and you can sort videos by length, energy level, body part focus, or complexity level. All memberships begin with a 7-day free trial, and you can sign up for the monthly membership or annual membership here.

  • The membership is meant to support your self-practice, wherever you want to go with it. No matter how much time, energy, or experience you have, there’s a workout for you!

    When you sign in, you'll be shown the main catalog page. You can browse the categories, sort with filters, or follow a program. Live classes stream directly on the site every Thursday, or you can catch a replay any time.

    New videos show up in the Latest Workouts category automatically.

  • Self practice is all about discovery and intuition. Listen to your body as best you can. If something feels unsafe or uncomfortable for your body on any given day, skip it!

    And, do your best to give yourself the space to change. Things that are difficult one day may not always feel that way. Things that are normally easy might sometimes feel really challenging, and that’s ok too. Lots of things contribute to our physical capacity - sleep, distraction, hormones, etc. - no one workout makes or breaks your practice.

    Explore the library and let the things that look interesting to you guide you. Your practice is for you, and it doesn’t need to follow any kind of trajectory or timeline.

    Lastly, do your best not to look at the screen as you’re moving. Neck alignment is important! Try to listen to my words and do the movement as it makes sense for you. If you get lost or are unsure, take a break to check out the screen or take a quick glance. Try to keep your gaze forward in whatever direction you’re facing for as much of your workout as you can.

  • The Monthly Unlimited Membership is $29.99 USD billed monthly.

    The Annual Unlimited Membership is $299.99 USD billed annually.

    Individual Classes and Class Replays can be rented for $15 USD. Rentals include access to that class only for 24 hours. Billed once.

    All sales are final and non-refundable.

  • All new memberships begin with a 7 day free trial. Your membership begins automatically after the trial, unless cancelled before the 7 day period is up.

    Your payment will be processed on the day the purchase is made. You can expect to see the charge on your credit card or PayPal account soon after making the purchase, no later than one day after purchase.

    Monthly Memberships are billed every 30 days and Annual Memberships are billed every 365 days.

  • You can cancel anytime. Sign in, and click on the down arrow at the top right corner of the page (if you're on desktop. On mobile, "Dashboard" will be in the main menu, also at the top right corner of your screen!).

    Select "Dashboard" from the menu. Next, click on "Purchases" on the Dashboard page. Under "Membership" you'll see "Cancel Membership" and follow the prompts. You should receive an email confirming your cancellation soon after.

    Note: There are no refunds for memberships, but you will have access to the library for the full term of your paid membership, even if you cancel.

    You can find your billing date by signing in and clicking Dashboard at the top of the page. Click on “Purchases”, and you'll see your current membership and next invoice date. As long as you cancel before that date, you will not be charged for your next billing cycle.

Programs, Weekly Workouts, and Specialty Collections

  • I’ve got a few options if you like structure!

    The Beginner and Progressive Paths are 3-day-a-week programs, designed to guide your practice. The Paths are organized in “Phases”, which can be treated as weeks, but I recommend sticking with each phase until the workouts feel comfortable. You might breeze through some and stick with others for a few weeks.

    The Beginner Path leads into the Progressive Path, but if you’re familiar with pilates or other intentional movement, you can jump right into Phase 1 of the Progressive Path.

    If you’re looking for a challenge, the Find Your Flow, Strength for Mobility, or Burn and Breathe: Reset might be your jam. Both are 4 week, daily programs.

    Strength for Mobility is a flexibility and mobility focused daily plan with varying practice lengths. Find Your Flow teaches you one of my flows, step-by-step, over the course of 28 workouts. Burn and Breathe: Reset is designed to help you tap into your strength and your breath to jumpstart your self-practice with a daily practice that connects and challenges you.

  • I curate a daily workout for members every week.

    The workouts change every week, and include a balance of strength, mobility, and restorative work. This is so you can maintain a daily movement practice without overloading your body or burning out.

    Most of the workouts are mat-only, though you’ll occasionally see some of my favorite props in there too.

  • The Specialty Collections category is home to a shorter programs and subject-specific collections.

    Happy Hips and Happy Hips 2 are six-day programs designed to address the most common hip questions and troubles I see in my clients and myself. These are designed to be followed in order, to find your strongest, most mobile, happiest hips!

    Start Handstands is a great place to begin your handstand practice. You’ll find drills to get you on your hands and build your strength and awareness, as well as workouts to prep and condition your body for a safe and successful handstand practice.

    The Backbend Collection is an easy way to find all my best workouts for improving your spinal mobility and backbends. Unwind your body from too much time at your desk with Desk Reset, stretch and strengthen your feet with the Foot Care collection, explore the basic concepts of pilates with The Foundation Series, and more!

Livestreams

  • During class, Ashley will be demonstrating and guiding the whole time. She describes all the movements and breath patterns as she takes you through a pilates based workout. All you need is a mat or a soft place to lay down.

    Most classes are mat-only, but any props needed will be specified in the description.

  • You don't! Class is a one-way broadcast, so Ashley and the other participants can't see you and you don't need to have your camera on or worry about where to place your device.

  • Yes! The weekly, hour-long livestreams are available for individual purchase. If you purchase an upcoming livestream, you’ll be able to join live and have access to the replay for 24 hours.

    Members can access all livestreams and replays with no extra steps.

    Non-members can find upcoming livestreams in the Upcoming category or browse the replay category for a past livestream and choose the “rent” option at checkout.

  • For members, all you need to do is sign in and click on the livestream in the main catalog. The livestream will start at the schedule time. If you don’t see the class starting, try refreshing your browser.

    If you’re not a member, click on the upcoming live or replay you want to take. Click on the “Get Access Now” button, and you’ll see a page with options for the Monthly and Annual Memberships as well as a “Rent” option. If you just want the single class, choose the rent option. You’ll be asked to create an account if you’re new to Ashley Deleon Pilates or sign in if you’ve been here before.

    If you’re purchasing a replay, you’ll have access immediately. If you’re purchasing an upcoming class, sign in at the scheduled time and click on the class.

    Both rental options include 24 hours of access to the class you purchased.

  • All individual class purchases include access to the class for 24 hours. Live classes are available for 24 hours after the livestream uploads to the library and rentals are available for 24 hours from the time of purchase.

    There are no refunds or transfers. All sales are final.
