Membership

The Membership includes unlimited access to the full Library, all my programs, and all the live classes and replays. I curate a weekly workout program that updates every Monday, and you can sort videos by length, energy level, body part focus, or complexity level. All memberships begin with a 7-day free trial, and you can sign up for the monthly membership or annual membership here.

The membership is meant to support your self-practice, wherever you want to go with it. No matter how much time, energy, or experience you have, there’s a workout for you!
When you sign in, you'll be shown the main catalog page. Follow along with the suggested programming or customize your own in the Calendar, or browse the categories, sort with filters, or follow a program.
Live classes stream directly on the site weekly, or you can catch a replay any time.
New videos show up in the Latest Workouts category automatically.

Self practice is all about discovery and intuition. Listen to your body as best you can. If something feels unsafe or uncomfortable for your body on any given day, skip it!
And, do your best to give yourself the space to change. Things that are difficult one day may not always feel that way. Things that are normally easy might sometimes feel really challenging, and that’s ok too. Lots of things contribute to our physical capacity - sleep, distraction, hormones, etc. - no one workout makes or breaks your practice.
Explore the library and let the things that look interesting to you guide you. Your practice is for you, and it doesn’t need to follow any kind of trajectory or timeline.
Lastly, do your best not to look at the screen as you’re moving. Neck alignment is important! Try to listen to my words and do the movement as it makes sense for you. If you get lost or are unsure, take a break to check out the screen or take a quick glance. Try to keep your gaze forward in whatever direction you’re facing for as much of your workout as you can.

The Monthly Unlimited Membership is $29.99 USD billed monthly.
The Annual Unlimited Membership is $299.99 USD billed annually.
Individual Classes and Class Replays can be rented for $15 USD. Rentals include access to that class only for 24 hours. Billed once.
All sales are final and non-refundable.

All new memberships begin with a 7 day free trial. Your membership begins automatically after the trial, unless cancelled before the 7 day period is up.
Your payment will be processed on the day the purchase is made. You can expect to see the charge on your credit card or PayPal account soon after making the purchase, no later than one day after purchase.
Monthly Memberships are billed every 30 days and Annual Memberships are billed every 365 days.

You can cancel anytime! Simply sign in and head to your Dashboard in the main menu. The Purchases tab has your Membership information right at the top - select Manage and follow the prompts to change or cancel your Membership!

Note: There are no refunds for memberships, but you will have access to the library for the full term of your paid membership, even if you cancel.

Programs, Weekly Workouts, and Curated Collections

There are several four-week Guided Programs in the Membership, with more on the way!
If you’re new to Ashley DeLeon Pilates, I recommend checking out the Welcome category, with collections for different levels of movers that can help you find the program that’s right for you.
For a balanced, comprehensive place to start, the Beginner Path guides you into a pilates practice, and leads to the Progressive Path, which continues to build your strength and expand your movement vocabulary.
For more experienced movers, you can drop into your Pilates Arc or set your Strength in Motion - full body programs that challenge your strength, build stamina, and give structure and balance to your practice.
If you’re looking to kickstart a consistent home practice Burn and Breathe: Reset will get you on your mat and connected to your breath. For a similarly spicy vibe but a more specific focus, try the Glute Route and discover what a difference strong, functional hips can make on and off your mat!
Do you dream of playful, expressive, flowing movement? Renew: Flow and Find Your Flow both teach you a fun, repeatable flow sequence you can make your own.
If your goals are more mobility and flexibility centered, Elastic Hips and Elastic Thoracic are targeted lower and upper body options to safely and powerfully expand your range. For a full body mobility program, check out Strength for Mobility.

I consistently curate new programming for the Membership - check the Calendar to see what’s on deck!
Practices change every week, and include a balance of strength, mobility, and restorative work. This is so you can maintain a daily movement practice without overloading your body or burning out. New Programs, Live Classes and On-Demand workouts are seamlessly folded into the Calendar so you always know what’s new!
Most of the workouts are mat-only, though you’ll occasionally see some of my favorite props in there too.

The Curated Collections category is home to short programs and collections of targeted practices. It’s the perfect place to look for inspiration and direction for your practice!
You’ll find mini jump-starts with Glow State, Classical Kickoff, and Snack Attack - short daily programs designed to give you a little extra push to roll out your mat. Dream of getting upside down? Start Handstands has everything you need to begin an inversion practice.
You’ll also find collections to address specific needs or constraints, like Side Lying Only, Wrist Free, Foot Care, and Pelvic Floor Support. Happy Hamstrings and Desk Reset are easy ways to find practices to lengthen and open your body after too many hours of sitting.

Live Classes

You can find the Live Class right here, or in the main menu.
During class, I will be moving with you and verbally guiding us the whole time. Most classes are mat-based, and any props you might need will be listed in the description!

You don't! Class is a one-way broadcast, so I and the other participants can't see you and you don't need to have your camera on or worry about where to place your device.
Classes are followed by a live Mat Chat (text only), so bring your self practice questions!

Live Classes stream directly in the Membership. All you need to do to is sign in to your Membership account and tap Live Class in the main menu - no additional codes or sign in required!

Live Classes can be paused or rewound during the stream - you can always take a break or catch up if you’re a few minutes late!
Live Classes are uploaded to the Membership within a few hours of class ending. You can access the entire back catalog live classes in the Replay category.
